Machine Learning Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will work within a team of talented engineers who are building scalable AI & ML solutions used by millions of customers worldwide. You will primarily be designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models, generating creative solutions to improve systems, and implementing new AI & ML features. The focus will be on building optimized, low-latency, and scalable ML pipelines and solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, data scientists, product owners, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions and contribute to engineering processes such as TDD, CI/CD, and model validation.

In this role, problem-solving is key. You will design, develop, test, and deploy your own ML code and models. As you are responsible for the systems you build, you will also monitor, maintain, and optimize them, ensuring robust and reliable performance.

Tech stack: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Apache Kafka, SQL/NoSQL databases, and ML pipeline tools.

MLOps Engineer

Constantly looking to improve our AI and ML services, tools, and infrastructure as our systems are deployed in new markets and regions. As we scale, we are on a never-ending mission to rethink and expand what our ML pipelines and models can achieve beyond standard deployments. ‘Out of the box’ doesn’t begin to describe it.

The challenge:
As an MLOps Engineer, you will work on expanding the functionality, reliability, and scalability of our ML systems and pipelines. You will:

• Build and maintain well-tested, robust, and high-performance ML infrastructure.
   
• Monitor and optimize the performance of models and pipelines in production.
   
• Design and document APIs for Machine Learning services consumed by applications and external partners.
   
• Be creative in building solutions and contribute to innovation during hack days.
   
• Review peer work and participate in knowledge sharing and feedback sessions.
   
• Aim to grow as an expert in ML infrastructure and/or lead a team of engineers.
   

Our team welcomes engineers of various experience levels:

• Experience with Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), or strong motivation to learn.
   
• Understanding of the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including data preprocessing, model deployment, and monitoring.
   
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL and document databases is a plus.
   
• Experience working in self-managed agile teams.
