Alex, GopheRec founder, has over 7 years worth of recruiting experience. During his career he has worked with some of the most notable tech scale-ups and has a passion for building Engineering teams.  He started GopheRec as he believes organisations should gain access to a community that has been built on trust and delivery, rather than traditional methods whereby it is quantity over quality.

GopheRec is on a mission to be the number one Go headhunters across Europe and will strive to change the persona around agency recruitment. They will achieve this with integrity, trust, delivery and by being data driven.
